We marinate virtually all our chicken before cooking, to make sure it's tender and flavoursome.
You know that bit in the recipe which says "marinate chicken for 8 hours or overnight" which you always forget about until it's too late? We don't forget...It's time-consuming but worth it. (Don't forget, all our meals cook straight from frozen, unless otherwise indicated).
