Our Love Eating Well range makes it easy to find meals, whether you want healthy vegetarian meals , or vegan options. On the page of each dish in this category, you’ll find a clear description of its nutritional benefits, along with information about calories, salt, saturated fat, and everything else you should keep an eye on. But, most importantly, none of our healthy freezer meals leave our Kitchen unless it’s delicious - that’s our top priority and why we taste every batch of meals we make every day.

Our healthy meals for one are inspired by classic flavour combinations from around the world. They are complete meals that microwave from frozen in minutes. A great choice for a light lunch.

Within our main range, the Love Eating Well meals include classics like Beef Bourguignon, Chilli and Lamb Tagine. Many of them will need sides like rice and veggies and, for the main meal of the day – whether you’re eating on your own, as a couple, or a family – they’re an easy and delicious choice.
