Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Cook on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.

Stir well and allow to rest for 2 mins. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.

4 mins 30 secs > stir gently & re-cover > 1 min.
Stir well and allow to rest for 2 mins. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave cooking instructions but cook for 2 mins, stir, re-cover and cook for a further 1 min 30 secs.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid.
