Pots for One

Our Pots for One are really tasty and brilliantly convenient. They’re complete meals-in-one that can be microwaved in minutes straight from frozen, bursting with flavour, but not with any of the things we tend to worry about like high calories, fat, sugar and salt. We’ve got 15 different meal pots to choose from, but if the choice feels impossible, there’s always the joyfully simple option of all! If you’re stocking up, you’re welcome to buy online and have your healthy ready meals delivered directly to your door.

Each one of our healthy meal pots is perfectly portioned for a delicious lunch or smaller main meal. Keeping the freezer well stocked with meal pots can really help when you’re trying to eat well as it means there’s always something wholesome to reach for when you start to feel peckish.


Counting the calories

If you’re watching the calories and are after a quick lunch or light supper, look no further than our healthy pots for one. All our healthy one pot meals are meals under 400 calories, some are 300 calorie meals, the exact number is clearly marked in the yellow heart.


Nutritional info

Our pots for one are complete meals-in-one that clock in at under a third of your daily Reference Intake (RI) of sugar, salt, fat and sat fat … all the things we tend to worry about and need to keep a bit of an eye on.


More veg, please

If you’re trying to cut back on meat and enjoy a few more veggies in your diet, then do have a look at our low calorie vegetarian meals and our low calorie vegan meals.
