Within our Love Eating Well range, you’ll find everything from quick and tasty lunches to hearty family favourites.

All of our Pots for One are complete meals that microwave straight from frozen in minutes. They are all meals under 400 calories, and under a third of the recommended daily intake of salt, sugar, fat and saturated fat. Inspired by flavour combinations of some of the classics of world cuisine, they are perfect for a quick, tasty and lower-calorie lunch or a light supper whether you want low calorie vegetarian meals or vegan choices.

Among the COOK range, you’ll find plenty of other Love Eating Well dishes – look for the little yellow circle on the label. They are all under 500 calories (and again under a third of sugar, salt, fat and sat fat). Some of them will need a side like potatoes, cous cous or veggies, but they are a great easy low calorie meals option for the main meal of the day. This menu includes portions for 1, 2 and 4, and includes many hearty COOK classics like Lamb Hot Pot, Spag Bol and Spanish Bean Stew.
