Our Pots for One are some of our best low calorie ready meals, being conveniently portioned meals that microwave straight from frozen in minutes. They are meals under 400 calories that clock in at under a third of the recommended daily intake of salt, sugar, fat and saturated fat. Inspired by flavour combinations of some of the classics of world cuisine, our microwaveable frozen low calorie meals are perfect for a quick, tasty and lower-calorie lunch or a light supper.

Within the COOK range of low calorie ready meals, you’ll find plenty of other Love Eating Well low calorie meals – look for the little yellow circle on the label.
