There’s little point buying healthy meals under 500 calories if you’re not going to enjoy them. Here are just a few of the steps we take to make sure all your dinners are winners:


Hand-prepared

All our ready meals under 500 calories are hand-prepared by chefs in our kitchens who proudly sign their name on everything they cook. They take great pride in their work, and we hope that comes through in every mouthful.


Taste Panel

This is probably the most important meeting of the day for us. It’s how we protect what matters most – the quality of our food. Every day, every batch of food we cook (including our dinners under 500 calories) gets taste tested to make sure that every dish that leaves our kitchen is something we’re proud of.


Tastes like it would at home

We cook using the same ingredients and techniques a good cook would at home, so all our 500 calorie meals look and taste homemade.


The best ingredients

Wherever possible, we locally source the best ingredients, locking in the freshness and flavour to your meals under 500 calories during freezing. As well as under 500 calorie meals, we also have meals under 300 calories, meals under 400 calories and meals under 600 calories. If you feel like stocking up to make sure you’ve always got some low calorie meals on standby it might be easier to buy online and have your frozen 500 calorie ready meals delivered to your door.
