Christmas Desserts

For all our frozen Christmas desserts, you’ll find the defrost or cooking instructions on the packaging and our website. It’s worth checking them, as we’ve got lots of new additions this year. Just don’t forget the golden rule: defrost your desserts for Christmas on the plate you’re serving from. There’s no need to do anything more to your pud before serving, but fresh berries often sit nicely alongside, along with a dusting of icing sugar, and a splash of fresh cream or ice cream.


As for which Christmas desserts to buy, well, that’s the tricky bit! It can be a good idea to offer up a fruity option as well as a chocolatey one as not everyone wants rich Xmas desserts after a giant Christmas main, or especially one of our indulgent Christmas dinner boxes!

If you’re worried that people will be too full to want Christmas Day desserts at all, one of the joys of frozen is that whatever you don’t end up needing on the day, can just stay in the freezer for another occasion, so it’s not a disaster if you’ve ordered one pud too many! Having something sweet on standby can be a real saviour especially over the festive season - our luxury Christmas desserts make a really good contribution if you’re visiting people, and they’re also the perfect shortcut if you’re hosting.
