Since day dot, COOK has been a family affair. You’ve heard plenty about siblings Ed, Rosie and James, but family ties run much deeper than that.

Across our kitchens, shops and offices, you’ll find mums and daughters (and fathers and sons) working side by side.We didn’t set out to make it this way. We like to think it’s happened because when people find somewhere they love working, they tell the people they love about it.

And sometimes, they bring them along.
