Easter menu

Let’s face it, despite a bit of competition from the Easter bunny, the Easter main course is the highlight of the day. A very welcome opportunity to tuck into a delicious Easter meal that you haven’t had to spend hours in the kitchen preparing. Whether you’re cooking for a crowd or it’s just you, make sure you get to put your feet up over the long weekend by letting us help with the cooking.

Traditional Easter main dishes: If you’re wanting to go traditional, it’s got to be Slow-Roasted Shoulder of Lamb with all the trimmings. Mouth-wateringly good. Or, we’ve got a great choice of wellies, something for everyone: Beef, Salmon or Portobello Mushroom.

Family Favourites: Lasagne is always a winning Easter main, and so easy to rustle up with just a Garlic Ciabatta and a fresh salad on the side. Our Grand Lasagne al Forno and our Grand Roasted Vegetable Lasagne serve 8, perfect if you’ve got friends or family joining you.

Twist on a Classic: If you want to stick with lamb but fancy switching up your Easter mains, our Moroccan Lamb Filo Pie is a great alternative. It serves 6 and is delicious cold if by any chance it doesn’t all get eaten.
