Filled into a bovine collagen casing.
Cooking/Serving instructions
COOK from Frozen
Preheat your oven to 170°C Fan/190°C Electric/Gas 5 and remove all packaging. Place the sausages, as one block, on a baking tray on the top shelf. After 15mins remove the sausages, separate them and turn them over – careful, they’ll be hot. Then return to the oven for a further 30mins.

If Defrosted
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours, Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 15 mins.
