  • The carrots are oven roasted in our kitchens and then tossed with our marmalade, orange and rosemary dressing.
  • Roasting them again at home helps give them a lovely crispy texture.
  • Carrots always add a nice bit of colour to a roast.

What to Serve With Roast Carrots:

  • A traditional side to enjoy with your main Christmas meal.
  • Handy to have on standby for many of the other meals over the Christmas period.
  • Great when served with parsnips alongside any of our pies.
