AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cannolicchi Pasta (18%) (Durum Wheat Semolina, Water), Chopped Tomatoes (14%) (Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Aubergines (11%), Red Peppers, Courgettes (9%), Feta Cheese [Milk] (7%), Halloumi [Milk] (6%) (Mint), Water, Onions, Tomato Puree (5%), Double Cream [Milk], Garlic, Rapeseed Oil, Cornflour, Basil, Salt, Oregano, Black Pepper, Chilli Powder.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

Serves 1

Oven:

Remove sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray and cook in centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
45 mins
Allow to stand for 1 min and ensure piping hot before serving.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Cook on full power.
850W
4 mins > stir well & re-cover > 4 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 25 mins

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid.

Serves 2

Oven:

Remove sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray and cook in centre of the oven.

60 mins
Allow to stand for 1 min and ensure piping hot before serving.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Cook on full power.

7 mins > stir well & re-cover > 6 mins 30 secs
Allow to stand for 2 mins. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.
