OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Due to the natural variation in this product, these cooking instructions are only a guideline for a medium rare finish. Preheat oven and baking tray. Remove from all packaging and place directly onto the baking tray with the silicone paper provided. Cook in the centre of the oven. After 25 mins, reduce the oven temp to 200°C fan/220°C electric/gas 7 and cook for the remaining 15 mins.

Oven Settings

Fan 220°C, Electric 240°C, Gas Mark 9.
40 mins
Allow to rest for 5 mins before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook on 240°C electric/220°C fan/gas 9 for 20 mins only.
