Oven:
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Decant parsnips onto a baking tray and cook in the middle of the oven. Turn half way through cooking to ensure an even finish.

Fan 170°C,
Electric 190°C,
Gas Mark 5.
35-40 mins
