Microwave:
Defrost Instructions:
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 1 min, stir, 1 min 30 secs. HOB FROM DEFROST: If cooking on a hob, empty the contents of the pot into a saucepan. Cook over a medium heat for 7-8 minutes, until simmering and piping hot. Stir occasionally.
