  • We cook the onions in butter as opposed to oil (hence the name).
  • This is pretty spicy – certainly hotter than the traditional Butter Chicken, which is often almost Korma mild.

Try it with:

  • Pair it with Plain Basmati Rice. 
  • Keep it simple and add some Plain Naan.
  • You can also pair this with some steamed vegetables like broccoli or cauliflower.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
35-40 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins before serving.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Cook on full power.

4 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 3 mins 30 secs
Allow to stand for 2 mins before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refridgerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 15-20 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain. Steam may be released when removing the lid.
