Complete Meals: If you’re looking for complete Chinese meals that don’t require anything other than heating, our Chicken Chow Mein fits the bill perfectly. Egg noodles, higher-welfare British chicken breast with beansprouts, spring onion, tamari and oyster sauce. A complete meal in itself.
Serve with Rice: Some of our Chinese ready meals are best served with rice. We do a Basmati Rice, as well as a tasty Coconut & Lime Leaf Rice, or even Korean Vegetable Rice made with kimchi, shredded carrots, peas, sesame seeds and crispy onions. So, if you’re not up for cooking at all, we’ve still got you covered.
Chicken dishes to serve with rice: Some of our most popular easy Chinese meals with chicken include Cashew Chicken, which is great with steamed rice or Egg Fried Rice. Or Sweet & Sour Chicken, a take on the Cantonese classic, and best served with steamed rice and maybe some edamame pods on the side. Our Honey & Ginger Chicken is great with jasmine rice (which you can buy in most supermarkets) … but any rice is fine, just whichever you prefer.
Veggie dishes to serve with rice: For a veggie alternative, try our Tofu in Black Bean Sauce. Simply serve with steamed rice and if you fancy, some steamed Pak choi on the side. There are also plenty of meals for one or meals for two in our range of simple Chinese meals if you’re dining as a group, but only need a couple of vegetarian meals for guests with dietary restrictions.
