What to Serve With Lasagne al Forno:
- A green salad and a Garlic Ciabatta are all you need.
- A tomato, mozzarella and basil salad’s also a nice fresh side.

Stuffed Garlic Ciabatta Recipe
Ingredients:

1 Garlic Ciabatta
-
A few tbsps. of pesto
-
125g mozzarella minis
-
Up to 10 slices of salami
-
Handful of sundried tomatoes
-
Handful of olives
-
Olive oil to drizzle
-
Handful of fresh basil
Method:

Parbake your Garlic Ciabatta whilst you pull together your antipaste.

Slice the warmed ciabatta (not quite all the way down), spread the pesto and stuff with whatever antipasti you’re using.

Pop back in the oven to melt the mozzarella.

Scatter fresh basil to serve.
