Cooking/Serving Instructions

COOK FROM FROZEN

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.

3 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 1 min 30 secs
Ensure the food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir well before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave cooking guidelines but cook for 1 min, stir, 1 min.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
