Japanese Meals
So, you’ve decided you fancy Japanese food, but what to choose? Well…
Chicken dishes: If you fancy something with chicken, our Naked Chicken Katsu Curry is great - made with higher-welfare British chicken breast in a katsu sauce with coriander, pickled red onion and radish. Serve simply with steamed rice. Or our Chicken Ramen, a lovely light Japanese meal made with higher-welfare British chicken thigh, shiitake mushrooms, choi sum and egg noodles in a tamari, ginger and garlic broth.
