FAQ's
Who can get the discount?
Our big 15% off Big Weekend event runs from Friday 6th to Sunday 8th November 2026 for anyone placing a Home Delivery or Click & Collect order, and for Friends & Family club members visiting a COOK shop. If you’re not a member, you can easily sign up on the day for free.
Can I get the discount online?
Yes, but only for Home Delivery or Click & Collect orders placed from Friday 6th to Sunday 8th November 2026, for collection or delivery by the latest 22nd November 2026. The discount will apply automatically at the checkout and you’ll need to select a collection or delivery slot up to the 22nd November.
Does the discount apply for Subscription order customers?
Yes, if you have a Subscription order in the system that will be delivered by the 22nd November, you can edit your order and apply the code BIGWEEKEND at the checkout. If your order is scheduled for delivery after the 22nd November, you can opt to bring your delivery forward in order to use the discount.
Is there a minimum spend for Click & Collect?
Nope. Click & Collect is free of charge, and you can order as much or as little as you like. However, collection slots are limited so if you only want one or two items please just pop in – we’ll have lots to choose from.
Is there a minimum spend for Home Delivery?
Yes. The normal minimum order thresholds apply.
Do I need a Friends & Family card to shop in-store during the Summer’s Last Hurrah event?
Yes, but you can sign up for free in the shop at any time during the weekend to claim the 15% discount. You can Click & Collect or order a Home Delivery without a Friends & Family card.
What if I forget my Friends & Family card when I visit the shop?
No drama. Just give your name, postcode or email at the till instead to qualify for the discount.
What are the benefits of becoming a Friends & Family member?
10% off your next visit to the shop when you sign up (but it can’t be used on top of the 15% Big Weekend discount); access to exclusive offers in the post and on email; a special treat on your birthday; in-store Friends & Family promotions, as well as member events like this one.
Will your other promotions still be on?
You won’t be able to get extra discount off the promotional prices. Some of our promotions will be paused for the weekend to ensure you get the best deal.
What is included in the promotion?
The discount applies to all full price products, excluding gift cards.
