They say the best things come to those who wait... I hope so because we’ve been trying to open a COOK shop in Petersfield for a very long time! Our first shop opened in Farnham back in 1997 and Petersfield was next on my list. What I hadn’t factored in was almost going bust (on a number of occasions) and then losing out on every decent site that came up in this lovely town

You can keep your chocolate eggs. If you want a really traditional treat this Easter, there’s only one thing for it: Hot Cross Buns. Cheap to make – although not quite one or two-a-penny, despite what the rhyme says – this spicy, chocolatey version is an absolute winner.
