  • A firm favourite among customers … and a go-to meal of COOK’s co-founder Edward, who’s probably eaten more of our meals than anyone!
  • Pork leg is braised with white wine, balsamic vinegar, sherry and lemon juice. We only use free range and higher-welfare pork from Dingley Dell Farm in Suffolk.
  • We use three mustards in this dish: English for a kick; wholegrain for looks and texture; and Dijon for that signature flavour

Try it with:

  • Great with either rice or Creamy Mash with some freshly chopped chives as a garnish
  • For a relaxed night in, try it on top of a baked potato – instant comfort!
  • Any season veg will be a fine plate-fellow. Tenderstem broccoli steamed quickly in a frying pan (just fill the pan to a shallow depth with boiling water and swirl round a knob of butter) is particularly good

Pre-heat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.

Allow to stand for 1 min and stir well before serving.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.

3 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 3 mins
Allow to stand for 1 min and stir well before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 25 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid.
