COOK FROM FROZEN

Microwave:

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on full power.

2 mins > stir & re-cover > 1 min.
Stir well and allow to stand for 1 min before serving. Ensure piping hot.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwaveable cooking guidelines but cook for 1 min and 30 secs, stir, 30 secs.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
