  • Vanilla Ice Cream or perhaps a quenelle of Mascarpone Vanilla Cream if you're feeling fancy.
  • Scatter some crushed pecans or flaked almonds over for extra crunch and then add something smooth: custard, cream or ice cream.
  • For a bit of oomph, add a little amaretto to cream as its being whipped and serve on the side.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

1. Preheat oven to 190°C (Electric) / 170°C (Fan) / Gas Mark 5 2. Remove from packaging and place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper in the middle of the oven for 40-45mins.

3. Allow to stand for a few minutes before serving. 4. In the unlikely event of leftovers, keep in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.
