We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cooking/Serving Instructions

Microwave:

Remove sleeve and pierce film. Cook on full power.

4 mins > stir & re-cover > 2 min and 30 secs
When stirring halfway through, it’s best to use a fork to lift and twist the spaghetti to help it cook evenly. Allow to stand for 1 min. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
30 mins
Allow to stand for 1 min. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 2 mins > stir & re-cover > 1mins 30 secs.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid. Although every care has been taken to remove all pieces of shell, some may remain.
