Love Eating Well:

This is one of our Love Eating Well meals, clocking in at under a third of the Reference Intake (RI) for calories, sugar, salt, fat and saturated fat for an adult.

Please note that, depending on what and how much you serve with the dish, it may creep over a third of your RI. But that shouldn’t be an issue if it’s your main meal of the day.

  • The beef in our frozen Chilli con Carne is all sourced from Britain and Ireland, which you can read more about here.
  • If you’re looking for a vegetarian meal to serve as an alternative, then check out our Chilli con Veggie.

Try it with:

  • Nachos are a seriously good way to enjoy our chilli, check out the recipe below. Garnish with coriander, wedges of lime and sliced chilli, if you want to up the heat.
  • Or make life really easy with our Plain Basmati Rice, a jacket potato or a burrito.
  • We’ve also got a delicious guacamole recipe which you can read below, from Hannah in our Brand Team.

Find the Chilli con Carne recipe here.

Nachos Recipe

Ingredients : serves 4

  • Chilli con Carne, 4 portion

  • 3 or 4 supermarket wraps

  • Olive oil

  • 1 pot of guacamole or make your own (check out the guac recipe above)

  • Handful of grated cheese

  • Few big dollops of sour cream

  • Fresh chopped chillies to serve

Method:

  • Cook the chilli as per pack instructions

  • Cut the wraps into triangles, for homemade tortilla chips. Bake in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil, until slightly browned.

  • Place the homemade tortilla chips on the bottom of your serving dish, top with the chilli then some grated cheese. Pop under the grill for a couple of minutes so the cheese melts.
