Defrost Instructions:
To cook the salmon from defrosted, remove it from the foil tray and place on a baking tray with the silicone paper provided and defrost in the fridge for 24hrs. Follow the oven and serving guidelines above but cook for 25 mins. Ensure the product is cooked within 48 hours of defrosting.
