*Please note: the turkey needs defrosting before cooking. It takes a minimum of 48 hours to defrost in the fridge, or 12hrs at room temperature. Please refer to defrost instructions on pack.
- All our COOK turkeys are raised outdoors on a small farm in East Anglia with freedom to roam on a pasture or in woodland 24hrs a day with a 100% natural diet. This has been recognised with a Good Turkey Award from the charity Compassion in World Farming.
- We use just the turkey crown, folded around our amazing, handmade stuffing of higher-welfare sausage meat, orange-soaked apricots and a hint of ginger, and wrapped in sweet-cured bacon to keep the meat lovely and juicy.

How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- Stuffing: Our chefs prepare their handmade stuffing with higher-welfare sausagemeat from Speldhurst butchers, orange-soaked apricots and a hint of ginger.
- Sweet Cure Bacon: covering the crown in bacon ensures it’s really juicy. We use sweet-cure bacon, so that the turkey doesn’t become too salty, and the sugar in the cure caramelises during cooking to give a lovely golden glow.
- Garnish: we’ve garnished with a slice of orange, a sprig of thyme and a bay leaf.
