Our Stuffed Crown of Turkey can be bought individually or as part of the stress-free Christmas Dinner for 8 which comes with all the trimmings – from sprouts & leeks and roast potatoes to pigs in blankets and traditional gravy – for just £14.92 / head. It’s a proper feast … but the whole lot fits into a single freezer drawer.

- We use just the turkey crown, folded around our amazing, handmade stuffing of higher-welfare sausagemeat, orange-soaked apricots and a hint of ginger, and wrapped in sweet-cured bacon to keep the meat lovely and juicy.
- Our frozen turkey crown needs defrosting before cooking. It takes a minimum of 48 hours to defrost in the fridge, or 12hrs at room temperature. Please refer to defrost instructions on pack.

All our COOK turkeys are raised outdoors on a small farm in East Anglia with freedom to roam on a pasture or in woodland 24hrs a day with a 100% natural diet. This has been recognised with a Good Turkey Award from the charity Compassion in World Farming.

How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- Stuffing: Our chefs prepare their handmade stuffing with higher-welfare sausagemeat from Speldhurst butchers, orange-soaked apricots and a hint of ginger.
- Sweet Cure Bacon: covering the crown in bacon ensures it’s really juicy. We use sweet-cure bacon, so that the turkey doesn’t become too salty, and the sugar in the cure caramelises during cooking to give a lovely golden glow.
- Garnish: we’ve garnished with a slice of orange, a sprig of thyme and a bay leaf.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.
We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

DEFROST BEFORE COOKING
Defrost Instructions:
Remove from packaging, place in dish and cover. Defrost for at least 48 hours in the fridge or 12 hours at room temperature. Ensure it is fully defrosted before cooking. Once defrosted, keep your turkey in the fridge.
