  • Serve as an accompaniment to any of our Christmas Dinner Bundles.
  • This year we are trialling a limited number of Stuffed Turkey Thighs, rolled and stuffed with the same handmade pork, apricot and herb stuffing we use with the Turkey Crowns.
  • Once stuffed and rolled, the thigh is secured by a few bands which need to be removed before carving.
  • Thigh meat contains a higher fat content than breast meat and so when slow cooked, it remains really succulent and moist.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Turkey Thigh (81%), Gluten Free Sausage Meat (10%) (Pork Shoulder, Pork Belly, Water, Gluten Free Rusk (Dehydrated Potato, Rice Flour, Salt, Dextrose), Salt, Herbs, Sugar, Spices, Antioxidant Sodium Ascorbate), Onions, Dried Apricots (2%) (Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Rapeseed Oil, Ginger Puree, Salt, Orange Zest, Parsley, Sage, Ground Ginger [Sulphites], White Pepper.

DEFROST BEFORE COOKING

Defrost Instructions:

This product should be defrosted. Remove from packaging, place in dish and cover. Defrost for at least 24 hours in the fridge. Ensure it is fully defrosted before cooking.

OVEN COOK

Oven:

When ready to cook, cover with foil and cook in the middle of the oven for 2 and a half hours, removing the foil for the last 30 minutes.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
2 hrs 30 mins
Before removing from the oven, use a fork or skewer to pierce the centre of the meat, the juices need to run clear with no hint of redness.
