AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.
We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).
These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.
DEFROST BEFORE COOKING
This product should be defrosted. Remove from packaging, place in dish and cover. Defrost for at least 24 hours in the fridge. Ensure it is fully defrosted before cooking.
*NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVES* OVEN COOK
When ready to cook, cover with foil and cook in the middle of the oven for 2 and a half hours, removing the foil for the last 30 minutes.

Before removing from the oven, use a fork or skewer to pierce the centre of the meat, the juices need to run clear with no hint of redness. Ensure piping hot and allow to rest for 30 mins before carving.
