How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • We mix together blitzed yellow peppers, soya beans, grilled red peppers, pomegranate seeds, giant couscous, chickpeas, peas, pumpkin seeds, parsley, coriander and sunflower seeds.
  • That’s topped with white and black sesame seeds.
  • For the dressing, we blend together the rapeseed oil, honey, lime juice, white wine vinegar, salt, cracked black pepper, sesame oil and ground ginger.

DEFROST TO SERVE

Defrost Instructions:

Defrost in the refrigerator for 24-36 hours. Once defrosted and just before serving, shake the dressing sachet to ensure it’s mixed well. Pour over the salad and stir thoroughly. Keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours.
