How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • Dried apricots and raisins are soaked in orange juice so they are lovely and juicy.
  • Our chefs mix the couscous with turmeric and rapeseed oil to give it its warming yellow colour and stir through the soaked fruit, blitzed roasted peppers, parsley, mint and coriander.
  • The dressing is made in our Kitchen from lemon juice, white wine vinegar, honey, turmeric and other spices.
