We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract). Coconut Milk (contains: Coconut Extract, Water), Red Onion (13%), Red Peppers (13%), Butternut Squash (11%), Onion (11%), Water, Yellow Peppers (7%), Green Beans (5%), Cashew Nuts (4%), Rapeseed Oil, Light Soy Sauce (contains: Water, Soya Beans, Salt, Wheat Flour, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate), Cornflour, Sugar, Salt, Lime Juice, Coriander, Garlic, Tamarind Paste (contains: Tamarind, Water), Lemongrass Paste [Sulphites] (contains: Lemongrass, Lemon Juice, Salt), Turmeric, Milled Lime Leaves, Ginger Puree, Red Birdseye Chilli, Lime Zest. Cooking Instructions

At our kitchen, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.
850W
3 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 2 mins
Remove film and stir before serving.

Oven:

Pre-heat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on baking tray in centre of oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
25-30 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins, stir well before serving. Ensure this food is piping hot.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing lid.
