Forget all that formal main course nonsense. If you’re getting friends over for a summer supper it’s so much better to have a selection of amazing flavours to share. Everything cooks in the oven, so you can enjoy a glass of something fizzy rather than fret in the kitchen. Arrange everything in the middle of the table and tuck in. Let Lyndsay show you how easy it is!
Below is our tapas selection for eight (clockwise from top right, all two portion mains): Focaccia with Fresh Basil; Bavette Steaks with Chimichurri; Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary; Tiger Prawns with Paprika & Lemon; Marinated Halloumi; Pork & Fennel Polpette.
