- We use whole fresh cauliflower, which we chop into florets then roast to bring out some colour and keep a lovely bite.
- We've then created a Gluten Free super cheesy sauce using both vintage and mature Cheddar cheese from Barber's.
- For the topping, we blitz the cauliflower stem into a crumb, mix with cheese and breadcrumbs, and roast it – minimising waste.
What to Serve with Cauliflower Cheese:
- Perfect with a Sunday roast.
- Delicious alongside a pie.
- To make a mean Cauliflower mac 'N' cheese: cook some pasta, crispy up some bacon, mix it all together and finish with a good splash of tabasco.
