How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- The chefs slowly braise prime beef and shred it.
- The sauce is made with garlic, ginger, sesame oil, tamari, stock and some apple juice, to add a natural sweetness.
- This is all added to rice noodles, tenderstem broccoli, spring onion, carrot, red chilli and sesame seeds.
