Our chefs make a dark teriyaki-style sauce using ginger, garlic, sesame oil, tamari and honey. This is added to soaked egg noodles and chicken breast which has been marinated in dark soy sauce and honey. The pots are topped with a mix of julienne carrot, soy beans, spring onions and black sesame seeds.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).
