How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • The base of this dish is a rich, smokey tomato sauce that is cooked with lots of garlic, onion, a dash of white wine and smoked paprika to give an authentic Spanish flavour.
  • This is served with a mix of butter and cannellini beans, sliced red and yellow peppers and chopped kale to make a really colourful dish.

Cooking Instructions

At our kitchen, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
30 mins
Alow to rest for 2 mins before serving.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power.
850W
4 mins > stir well & re-cover > 4 mins
Alow to rest for 2 mins before serving.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid.
