In honour of our 20th birthday, here's our very first menu, before we changed our name from the rather prosaic Cakes & Casseroles. You’ll see some of Dale’s first dishes are still with us – although we’ve got over our pretentious spelling of Beef Bourguignon and Chicken a la King is now Chicken Alexander. The Lentil and Fennel Lasagne has not stood the test of time, however. Probably all for the best, given Dale’s first attempt made Edward cry!
