Can I collect from any COOK shop?

Yes - select the 'Choose another shop' link and search for your postcode or town. 

Is there a minimum order or collection charge?

No and no. You can Click & Collect a single fish pie if you so desire - we don't mind.

How will I know when my order is ready to collect?

We'll email you and send you an SMS (if we have your mobile number) as soon as we've bagged it up and it's ready for you to collect. If this hasn't happened as quickly as you expected please do give the shop a ring - their number will be on your order confirmation email.

What do I need to bring with me when I Collect?

Just your order number and the card you used to pay with. If you have used any vouchers against your order you will need to bring these too.>

Can someone collect on my behalf?

Yes, but they'll need your card as proof of ID and proof of purchase.

When do you take payment?

We take payment when we pack up your order for you. 

Can I Click & Collect from your super concessions? 

Unfortunately not.
