- We hand blend cashew butter into our sauce for a smooth mouthfeel and red wine vinegar and light brown sugar for added sweetness and extra tang
Try it with:
- Serve on its own or with some extra cashew nuts sprinkled over the top
- Lovely with some fresh chilli, chopped coriander and cashew nuts
