Sweet tamari soy and zingy lime are the perfect match.
How we make it
Our chicken wings are marinated overnight in tamari, ginger, honey, lime juice and fish sauce. They are then roasted before being coated in a sticky marinade made from garlic, lemongrass, ketjup manis (which is actually an Indonesian sweet soy sauce), tamari, fish sauce and lime juice. When you cook them up at home they’ll be deliciously sticky and succulent.
Did you know: Using a marinade containing lime juice for your chicken is great for tenderising the meat and allowing it to absorb flavours.

Chicken Wings (68%), Honey, Thai Fish Sauce, Ginger Puree, Lemongrass Puree (4%) [Sulphites], Tamari (4%) [Soya], Garlic, Tomato Puree, Water, Ketjup Manis [Wheat Gluten, Soya], Lime Juice.
Tamari contains: Whole Soy Beans, Water, Sea Salt, Alcohol, Koji Seed (Aspergillus Oryzae). Ginger Puree contains: Ginger Puree, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid.
