Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Brussels Sprouts (88%), Maple Syrup (5%), Rapeseed Oil, Garlic (2%), Salt, Thyme, Black Pepper.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

Serves 2

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power. @Hob Remove all packaging and decant the sprouts into a large frying pan with 25ml water. Fry on a medium high heat for 7-9 mins, stirring occasionally until turning golden brown and all the liquid has evaporated. If browning too much, add an extra tablespoon or two of water.

2 mins > stir & re-cover > 1 mins
Allow to rest for 1 min before serving. Ensure piping hot.

Defrost Instructions:

HOB FROM DEFROST: Follow the hob guidelines but cook for 4-5 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid.

Serves 4

Microwave:

Fry on a medium high heat for 9-11 mins, stirring occasionally until turning golden brown and all the liquid has evaporated. If browning too much, add an extra tablespoon or two of water.

Defrost Instructions:

HOB FROM DEFROST: Follow the hob guidelines but cook for 6-8 mins.
