How We Make It
- Our chefs roast higher-welfare British chicken thigh fillets.
- The sauce is made with coconut milk, garlic, a cashew nut butter, brown sugar and lime juice.
- In goes shredded carrot for sweetness, spring onion and cashew nuts, and then it is placed on a puff pasty base.
