Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Chickpeas (59%), Water, Grilled Red Pepper (8%), Rapeseed Oil, Lemon Juice (5%), Sesame Oil (contains: Pure Sesame Oil, Soybean Oil), Salt, Garlic, Coriander, Harissa Paste (contains: Water, Sunflower Oil, Paprika Flakes, Garlic Puree, Course Sea Salt, Ground Cumin, Paprika Oil (Colour: Paprika Extract), Crushed Chilli Flakes, Smoked Paprika, Dried Rose Petals, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Ground Black Pepper, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Coriander, Ground Pimento). Made in our Kitchen in Kent, using ingredients of varied origin.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

DEFROST TO SERVE

Defrost Instructions:

Defrost this dip in its packaging, either for 12 hours in the fridge (recommended) or at room temperature for 4-5 hours. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours.
