How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- The sauce begins with our chefs making a gently spiced stock. We add the stock to some chopped garlic that has been fried with ginger, cumin, coriander and turmeric.
- The chicken is marinated for two hours before being oven roasted.
- Finally, the dish is garnished with some whole green olives and lemon slices to make a beautiful summer dish.
