Well, here they are again. While you’re out watching fireworks or scaring the neighbours, have something delicious (and award winning) cooking in the oven.
This is a simple Creme Fraiche dressing to go with our Salmon en Croute
Take 3 generous tablespoons of crème fraîche and stir in a handful of roughly chopped dill with a good squeeze of lemon. Add a chopped spring onion, chopped capers to taste and a pinch of salt. Stir well. Have a taste and add more lemon/capers/salt if you feel it needs it.
