  • Our Parsnip Rostis are made by hand by our Pastry Team who carefully assemble three layers: the parsnip rosti base, topped with a parsnip and Cheddar cream, finished with roasted parsnip ribbons.
  • Our Chefs make the parsnip cream by slow cooking parsnips and blending them with mature Cheddar cheese and butter.
  • Inside the rosti base, there's a hidden centre of garlic mushroom sauce. It's made with porcini mushroom stock which gives a real umami hit to the overall flavour.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Remove from foil tray and place on a baking tray with the silicone paper provided. Cook in the centre of the oven, turning the tray halfway through cooking. If you see the Rostis starting to catch and colour, please cover with foil for the remaining time in the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 160°C, Electric 180°C, Gas Mark 4.

Ensure piping hot when removing from oven. Allow to sit for 2 mins before serving.
