How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- Chunky cubes of cod are cooked in the traditional Mornay sauce - a white sauce but with a little white wine, English mustard, Gruyère cheese, parsley and chives
- This is then placed on a bed of baby spinach and topped with a really crunchy, cheesy topping of crispy breadcrumbs, more Gruyere and Cheddar cheese
