Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Chicken (36%), Chopped Tomatoes (18%) (Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Fennel (11%), White Wine (Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Mascarpone Cheese [Milk] (7%) (Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Shallots, Rapeseed Oil, Green Pesto (3%) (Basil Paste (Fresh Basil 59%, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid, Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid), Sunflower Oil, Grated Vegetarian Hard Cheese (Cow’s Milk, Salt, Microbial Rennet), Garlic Puree), Garlic, Clear Honey, Natural Yoghurt [Milk] (Modified Starch, Stabiliser: Pectins), Water, Salt, Lemon Juice, Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt), Basil, Cornflour, Mint, Chilli Flakes.

Cooking Instructions

At our kitchen, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

Serves 1

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
35 mins
Allow to stand for 2 minutes and ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.
850W
4 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 2 mins
Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven cooking guidelines but cook for 20 mins, stir well before serving.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all pieces of bone, some may remain. Steam may be released when removing film lid.

Serves 2

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
40 mins
Allow to stand for 2 minutes and ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.

6 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 4 mins 30 Secs
Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven cooking guidelines but cook for 25 mins, stir well before serving.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all pieces of bone, some may remain. Steam may be released when removing film lid.

Allow to stand for 2 minutes and ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven cooking guidelines but cook for 40 mins. stir well before serving.

Extra Warnings:
